Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing coverage from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the nature of your inquiry. You may receive a single message in response to a request, or several messages per week during active claims, renewal periods, or policy events.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or to us from you. WYN Insurance does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply based on your mobile plan. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel our SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in. You may opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP, or by submitting a new request through our website.

Privacy of Mobile Phone Numbers and SMS Messages

WYN Insurance does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or the contents of your SMS messages with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS message data are used solely for the messaging purposes described above and are kept confidential within the WYN Insurance organization and our directly contracted SMS service provider (which is bound by written confidentiality and data-handling obligations).

Supported Carriers

WYN Insurance SMS messages are supported on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
